Nichol Derek

Derek joined QV Investors in December 2018. He is the lead portfolio manager for QV’s Global Small Cap strategy and portfolio manager for QV’s Canadian Small Cap strategy.

Prior to joining QV, Derek worked as a research associate at a Calgary-based investment management firm.

Derek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Calgary CFA Society.
