  • Available to advisors licensed to trade securities on the Toronto Stock Exchange

Trailing commission options

Series A

  • Standard series of any fund available to all investors
  • Minimum $500 initial investment per fund
  • Available in a front-end load purchase option (investor pays a negotiated upfront commission to the dealer and advisor)
  • Dealers and advisors receive trailing commissions from iA Clarington

Series B

  • Other than management and administration fees, Series B (excluding IA Clarington Money Market Fund) has the same general features as Series A
  • Available in a front-end load purchase option (investor pays a negotiated upfront commission to the dealer and advisor)
  • Dealers and advisors receive trailing commissions from iA Clarington
  • IA Clarington Money Market Fund Series B requires a $100,000 minimum investment

Series T

  • Pays a monthly distribution based on an annual target yield
  • Available with annual target yields of 4% (T4), 5% (T5), 6% (T6) and 8% (T8)
  • Targets a set distribution rate for the year as a percentage of the previous year-end Net Asset Value; yield is adjusted annually in January if results deviate more than 1% from target
  • Minimum $500 initial investment per fund
  • Available in a front-end load purchase option (investor pays a negotiated upfront commission to the dealer and advisor)
  • Dealers and advisors receive trailing commissions from iA Clarington
